What we collect
When you buy a ticket we collect your name, email address, and phone number. Card payments are processed by OnePay; we never see or store your full card number, only the card type and last four digits for your receipt.
How we use it
Your details are used to deliver tickets and receipts, verify your contact via one-time codes, admit you at the gate, and send you essential updates about events you hold tickets for. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run ticketing: OnePay (payments), our email and SMS delivery providers, and analytics in aggregate form. Door staff see the ticket holder name needed for check-in.
Creator applications
If you apply for content creator access we collect your name, creator or channel name, email address, WhatsApp number, social profiles, and what you tell us you plan to create. We use it only to assess the application and contact you about media access. It is not used for marketing, and it is not shared outside KFL and the providers that run the form. Ask us at info@karmafightleague.com to have your application removed.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, subject to records we must keep for completed payments. Contact info@karmafightleague.com and we will respond promptly.
