Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sales are final
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, except where required by law or in the cases below.
Event cancellation or reschedule
If an event is cancelled, ticket holders are refunded the ticket price (excluding the convenience fee) to the original payment method. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date; refunds for rescheduled events are handled case by case.
Entry & tickets
Your entry QR admits one person, once: the first scan at the gate is the one admitted. Keep your ticket link private, since anyone holding it can use the ticket before you do.
